Having a personal trainer is a great way to help achieve your fitness goals. I offer 1 on 1 training and up to 4 people group training. The environment is a fun, challenging and safe one with attention to detail to ensure that each participant is getting the absolute most out of their workout. My workouts are conducted in the beautiful outdoors at select locations in and around the Honolulu area. I also realize that fitness and nutrition go hand in hand, that is why it is important to have a personal trainer who can be recourse in helping you navigate all of the nutrition information that is available to you. I will work with you to design a workout plan around your goals that will keep you motivated and excited for your next workout!
Prices (based on 45 minute sessions): 1 on 1 personal training $60.00 Small group $100.00 for the group
Boot camp is a great addition to any personal training program. Boot camp is a group session on Sunday mornings that is a high intensity, calorie blasting and strength-building workout. It is a larger group training session that will have modifications to accommodate all fitness levels.
